While in the summer you may be leaning towards a more oily-prone skin type routine the Fall is a great time to use products that will hydrate, gently exfoliate, and rebalance the skin while also repairing some of the damage that was done in the summer.
I like to start my Fall skincare routine with a great cleanser that’s soap free so it won’t strip the natural oils from your skin leaving it dehydrated, taut or irritated. The Sea Cleanse Foaming Seaweed Cleanser is soap-free but what i love about it is that it still gives you that great foaming experience due to the dispenser, so you can have that experience of a lathering cleanser without the dehydration of soap.
Then, I love to use an exfoliator, just to remove some of those dead skin cells and build-up from the summer. Following the exfoliation process, I love to use an amped up serum, like the Vita Cura Cell Renewal Serum, it has Deep Sea Thermophyllus which is a great ingredient to help repair some of that DNA damage that was done in the summer. If you stayed out in the sun too much and you have some of those sun spots still on your skin, this is going to help reduce the appearance of those dark spots. It also has sodium Hyaluronate which helps moisture boost the skin with Red Clover Extract. Its a wonderful product you can use twice per day.
On top of your Vita Cura Cell Renewal Serum you can use your daily moisturizer, I love Hydro-Complex PFS. It’s a wonderful hydrating daily moisturizer to use twice per day, has all your vitamins, minerals, amino acids and trace elements to revitalize your skin and help repair some of that post-summer damage.
Remember, skincare is seasonal and don’t be afraid to switch up your skincare routine as the seasons change.
